Any Scuba divers on here ever used a Poseidon Atmospere Full face mask?
If so what are your opinions on it..

I have just got one for a bargain price.
To good to pass up in fact.

But as with any scuba stuff that is not new then it will need servicing before use.
I cant wait now.....:D:D

Never used one. However, I understand there are quite a few safety things you need to consider with these, not least of which is the ability to use someone else's octopus in the event of your own kit failing. On that basis you still need to have with you a standard mask, and you need to practice removal of the full face, and swapping over. Might be a bit of a shock doing that in colder water

I have an extra pocket on my drysuit which will now become my spare mask pocket as it is easier to get to than the pockets on my jacket. I have an octopus around my neck which will go on my other side of the twinset. Which I should be able to isolate in the event of a failure. But once it is set up then its off to the pool for some practice... The only thing missing from what I can see is a surface breathing valve. I'm going to look at the accessories for it.. Ryan
