Hi,

the connection is fine as per the modem status page. Even the tracert report seems to be perfect. Are you using any p2p software as well?e.g. bittorrent, ares or e-donkey.

I would say the downstream SNR is too low and the upstream power is on the borderline for dropouts, I would post the results in the newsgroups for someone to take a look at.

Hello All,

An update had an engineer round yesterday to replace the modem and attach a filter :) seems to be fine now the signal levels have also been adjusted and the results are below of my 20mb :D
