Im in Grantham, on 20mb, and since last Thursday my broadband randomly keeps dropping connection. Basically the ready light goes off and the sync light flashes, its done it twice tonight in the last half an hour!

I ring the 'helpline' and by the time they finish the waffle about the call costing me 25p blah blah and give them my details its reconnected and they run tests and say my modem is receiving signal fine and no problem.

Ive tried to get them to understand that its an intermittent (spelling!) fault, but they just dont get it!

Any ideas? Ive uploaded a screengrab of the modem log.

You need to call 0906 number again, and tell them to check the reports carefully. Ideally they should be able to find out the issue and they will be booking a tech for you.

Could you post your modem power levels? Because if the sync light goes out it usually means theres a power level problem.

I checked my levels against those in the sticky and they were well in range, can get a pic of those it it would help?

The ambit 100,120 and 200 are those silver slab modems. The 250,255 and 256 are the smaller new modems, difference being the ntl one is blue and the VM is black with no USB port. ;)
