0906 212 1111 is one but 25ppm and 10p connection charge.
Or wait till morning and post on the newsgroups

Silly question but have to ask;
Have you turned off the modem waited a minute and turned it back on?

Its not a hyperlink, its the address you put into your news reading client, such as Outlook etc :)

It needs to be set up in a program like Outlook Express
this is the link to show you how to set it up

Have you actually rebooted your modem???? Just that any changes sent through to your modem can;t take effect except on a modem reboot.

Well then my friend, it looks like you will have to call CS / TS to get your upgrade sorted out.
If you have to call TS, they will refund the cost of the call for you as its a fault THEIR end! :)

Did they say it had been done online? Or that they would do it then?
If its the latter it can sometimes take some time to go through, especially if there is a delay in the hits going through

24hours could mean 24 hours from then or 24 working hours.
VM has used this "working hour" before in other quotes on this forum.
