Web bb upgrade?

Hi all :)

Thinking on upgrading me bb as I've been on 2meg for an eon.
I don't want any other package other then bb so is it possible to do this online?

I upgraded from 2 to 4 on line last year and it worked all right. Using the link shown below will take you to the upgrade page at Virginmedia. Choose 'upgrade cable', put in your post code on the next page, then follow through the process. It's mainly just a matter of changing your bb from M to L and then, unless you want to change any other part of your services, you just keep pressing 'next'.

I got an email saying I was being upgraded from 4 to 10 megs for free (quite nice thanks).Anyone know when this is happening? I live in the Coventry area (just outside Nuneaton to be exact).

Dont forget on the L package which i am on aswell you get Broadband extra's also get the full version of pc guard. One of the reasons i upgraded. ;)

does it ask for a username and password ot upgrade or does it detect your internet connection, iupgraded years ago with ntl but i forgot how it works

it works on the mac address of your modem
