Hi, Could anyone give me any advice on setting up my SONY KDL-40W2000 TV with my PIONEER DVR-LX60D DVD recorder and the Virgin V+ box. I bought the TV a couple of weeks ago and then went over to Virgin V+. The problem I have is getting HDMI to work. Also I noticed a reduction in sound volume when the V+ box was installed. I have the V+ box connected by scart to the DVD player. Another scart from DVD to TV. The HDMI runs from the DVD to TV. I am sure the set up is probably all wrong! I would be grateful for any help as I am in danger of going loopy trying to sort it out. You need a pHD in electronics to figure these things out!
