Broken Connection

I was wondering if somone could help me. On Saturday I put my shopping on top of the main connect box for my phone line and snapped the line. Its entirely my own fault - could I fix this myself or would I need to contact Virgin?

i would contact VM, it sounds like it was already a loose connection anyway, i'd make sure you mention that, they would charge you if its something you've caused,
