I bought a mobile phone, after incessant nagging from my best friend, and I put £10 on it; this was in mid-December 2005.

So it's been two years since I put any credit on it, and I still have some left...not that I even know - or care, much - how much it's got left. I just never saw the point of topping up if I didn't use it all that much, and 2 years on...well. You can guess from that how often I actually use the damn thing. :D

So - two years without topping up: is this a record?

I bought 2 phones for myself and Mr Tink. They had £10 credit on them; I didn't realise it had to be used within so many weeks, so it expired, and I have not bothered to top-up. Shows how often we make phone calls! ;)

No it's not a record, it's a phone.
Its no wonder you don't use up any credit if you can't tell the difference between the two.
