Internet problems

Websites keep timing out, and if I try to upload with WinSCP, it just crashes. If I run a speedtest, it says 2000kbps (on 4mb, but I've been throttled), yet when it gets to the upload test, nothing happens. It just says 0, and the then I leave the page after 1 or 2 minutes. And my town isn't mentioned on the VM status page.

Hi,

Sometimes them speed tests use a port that your router wont allow passthrew.

Try different web sites.
I had throttling problems, to confirm I got up at 4:00am and tested, worked fine.
