Hi,

My mum is going a bit deaf and is having problem hearing the phone and I was wondering if it would be possible to get a phone which is louder when someone talking.

Does anyone have any recommendation on what phone to get or where to look for such a phone ?

Well your mum might meet the requirements for a hearing aid on the NHS? If so you could get a phone with a built in loop, my mum has one and can now hear every little thing
