Upgrade page says I'm currently on 2Mb - I'm on 4Mb

Have had all sorts of problems recently (see recent posts) but now I'm back up and running, out of curiosity and to test my user name is working, I went ot the Upgrade page. It says I am on 2 Mb but only gives an option to upgrade to BUND03.

I am actually on 4Mb (and that's what I pay for) , have been for a long time and my Modem configuration confirms that, as do speed tests. Also, the fact that I have free access to Broadband Extras also indicates that.

Do you think this is an error, a problem, a cock up or what. Should I contact someone?

IIRC Bundo3 is 20meg service.

Thanks Mick but as I mentioned - I've already looked at my Modem Config and it says I am on 4, so there appears to be a mix up somewhere
