Had a lot of hassle last week - my Broadband account got shutdown after an account merger but on Wednesday Customer Services manged to revive it with the same user name etc. Then yesterday I received a letter welcoming me to Virgin Broadband and giving me a PIN and Surname and asking me to register - as if I was a new customer.
Now as everything is up and running I assume I don't actually need to do this as it has already been done - is that right?
