which department: new build ?

hi all, an aquaintance of mine wishes to get virgin medias flagship broadband service, but it is not cabled up to the property as its a new build, last time i heard there was no new digging being done, but who could i plead their case to ?

unfortunately, at the moment no-one. unless the new property took the place of previously cabled property, there is 99.9999999999% change of cabling work being done

sales put me through to a automated service which requested details and a 'virgin media consultant' will call you back, waiting since friday dinner time :D but its a weekend.
