Hi,
Does anyone know if there are known problems in the Glasgow area - specifically G11. I noticed that there was one raised in G14 which has now been cleared, and had hoped it was a common problem, clearly not.
My internet has been out for the past few days - it comes in a for a few minutes, then drops off again. In, out. All day. It happened for a few hours last week too.
It's not modem related as whenever it goes out I can also see the little flashing light on my v+ box which usually signifies a problem with the broadband side of the line. TV has been fine.
To report a fault such as this, do I need to call the premium rate broadband line, or is there a faults number?
