Further to my thread of 2 days ago about my modem being faulty/broken and a replacement being sent by VM. VM assured me that it would arrive the day after tomorrow (which was yesterday).
The replacement has still not arrived as yet today.
I have an order reference, is there any way to check progress ?
Does anyone know if it will come through Royal Mail or parcel delivery ?
Any help would be gratefully received.
