many of the problems on the Virgin Media network may be caused by the excessive amount of 'speed tests' people keep running... ;)
i am going to watchdog and ofcom, i have had enough
and advice on a format of a letter to virgin media for a complain
a formal complain letter
any formats plz?
Just a suggestion my friend, I'd rather a real download over a webtest any day.
Oof that image is huge, thumb nail may have been better.
