Test 4: 2048K took 36047 ms = 56.8 KB/sec, approx 468 Kbps, 0.46 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 542 Kbps, 0.53 Mbps
im in wytheshawe 20meg connection what a load of c**p I think ill give there sales staff that operate on the shopping mall six days a week some jip in the morning

Ditto - awful speeds in withington even on http. I also had trouble getting online tonight, modem didn't get online for about 10 minutes, so it could actually be a network problem rather than congestion perhaps...
