Test 1: 1024K took 25766 ms = 39.7 KB/sec, approx 327 Kbps, 0.32 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 17187 ms = 59.6 KB/sec, approx 491 Kbps, 0.48 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 9188 ms = 111.5 KB/sec, approx 919 Kbps, 0.9 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 29297 ms = 69.9 KB/sec, approx 576 Kbps, 0.56 Mbps

Its not even funny.

Anyone else in the NE38/NE37 area having difficulties. I've just filled in the complaint form in the ISPA website, because this speed for 20Mbps funny is a rip off.

Has this been resolved?

I'm in Albany and I don't see any issue at all with download speeds.
