just today i started getting unbareabley slow speed

Overall Average Speed = approx 693 Kbps, 0.68 Mbps


wats going on?
i was getting slow speed but i used to stay above 1.5Mbps
now it wont even go above 1Mbps

Blame all the new customers signing up for £4.50pm broadband, which coincidentally is just about what it is worth. :mad:

Well your power levels look normal, so i assume it must a network problem or similar.

teh tech help said they can see a 10% loss on the modem when not connected via ethernet
