Over the last couple of days I've noticed a real deterioration in my broadband speed. Did a test today to find that my 20MB is actually running somewhere closer to 1MB. Phoned customer services who directed me to the 0906 number which just isn't being answered. I haven't changed anything at all about my set up which has been running fine up until now. Anyone got any ideas?

There is nothing YOU can do, it's VM's vision of the internet and we all suffer..

This is probably the only thing YOU can do!!

If VM are forced to tell us exactly what you are likely to get (1.0mbs) then perhaps they might have to change things (20 mbs BB my ar**), or lose customers to BT!
