To the Cable help people on here

From what i can gather there are some very well imformed Cable people on here. My question for them is my cable.ubr05.pres has been slow for months but i made it official 3 weeks ago and it still has not been resovled. From my server details can any of you Cable tech heads help with any kind of info that will help cable.ubr05.pres they say there is an outage, but still i have no kind of date when this will be fixed, just how good are you tech heads :D

The preston UBR is highly overloaded, has been for over a year, VM aint gonna fix it so i wouldnt hold your breath

You ought to complain to VM customer relations and if you can be that bothered, Trading Standards (however crap they are).
