hi guys ,

i rang 150 on monday night to change my services,
i cancelled the cable tv,simply because only the kids watch it and that was just nickelodeon,so i thought for the £11.50 for 1 channel just was not worth it,
but i also upgraded my b/band from 2megs to 20megs for £37 ,and they said as a goodwill gesture it would be £29 for twelve months,
anyway that was 74 hours ago.
and 74 hours on no upgrade, checked on

https://autoreg.autoregister.net/cgi/cabletier

and i was still on package m
any ideas please

Have you rebooted your modem. Sometimes it needs that to pick up the new speed.

personally - for no good reason other than gut feel, I wouldn't do the online upgrade, as you 'might' bypass the discount you have been offered?????

Agreed, though I struggle to understand how a lettuce would go about using a telephone? :D
