20meg Broadband - Hardly That!!!!!

20Meg VM Braoadband XL speed should be alot more stable than the results I have received today. And its the same every day....
Starts off in the morning fine.....

And this happens on a daily basis.

Hardly a 20meg service IS IT!?????

And is this what I should pay £28 a month for...
Im paying for a 20meg service and getting less than 1 meg sometimes.
After 6pm when I want to use it - Rubbish....

My point is that this cable broadband needs sorting out - especially as its supposed to be alot better thatn adsl in the contentions department.

p.s My ADSL line with BT is 4.9mbps at this moment - which is 5x faster than VM's 20meg service, right now.:mad:
