Not sure why you need a ne one, but you may find an adsl one in the VM onlien shop.
VM online shop can be found here :-
http://accessories.virginmedia.com/webstore/Default.aspx
Or e-mail tech support if your modem isn't upto the BB speeds you need, and they should order you a new one. I had to and even though it was a two week wait for a reply, it came 24 hours after I recieved their e-mail.
Hope this helps.
VirginMedia do NOT sell Cable/ADSL modems. Period.
If your Cable/ADSL modem, has 'broke' contact Customer Services!

Just to add, modems are not available from the VM webstore.;)

Don't trust that page.
Anyway there used to be a page you could fill out on virginmedia.com to get a Virgin 255 modem but i can't find it anymore.

Don't trust that page.
Why not? It was put up after further testing was carried out on the Ambit modems which identified issues with the 100's and 120's at 20Mbps but not the 200's. Other users on here seem to be fine with the 200 at 20Mbps.

My 200 refused to work at 20, only 16.
Virgin changed it for a 255.
Still I guess they could well have sorted out the problem by now.

The same with my 200, no faster than 16Mb.

try modem, not modems ???
NETGEAR - 108MBPS WIRELESS ADSL MODEM FIREWALL ROUTER (it's an ADSL router)
Maybe it supports ADSL. However it does NOT provide connectivity between VirginMedia and your home -- that's called an ADSL Modem which VirginMedia would provide (free of charge, to all subscribing customers) :)

It WILL provide a connection, it is an ADSL modem which also acts as a router, whether VM will provide a suitable modem for a phone line connection for free makes no difference to whether other kit will work on ADSL.

NETGEAR - ADSL MODEM (WIRED)
The DM111P ADSL2+ Ethernet Modem supports a full range of ADSL standards, including ADSL2+
Well that's what it comescup with for me when I type MODEM :) £29.99 and 300 in stock :)

I wouldn't be so sure. It's not the ADSL modem VM would provide, so It's not saf e to call it an ADSL Modem! ;)
On ADSL, you can use any ADSL modem... Virgin supply one but you can use another with the right settings.
On CABLE - you must use the modem that Virgin supply, and you cannot use any replacement one, nor do Virgin sell them.

if it look like toot, smells like toot & tastes like toot it is always best you don't step in it, whether it is safe or not, it will be an ADSL modem if it says it is ;) :D
