Hi, I'm in need of some help (please). I'm trying to switch from Virgin Media (TV, BB, Phone), to BT (BT Total BB Opt 3) but I'm getting really confused.
I already have a BT phone jack which we used with no problems when we were on BT, so would there be an installation fee at all? I've heard it's £120, but I've also heard that BT can just activate the jack remotely if I already have the physical components in place (http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/92/33623285-thinking-moving-vm-sky-do-i.html#post34427760) (makes sense, £120 for just pushing a button or something?).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
