Hi, i was wondering if anyone could advise me. My internet keeps cutting out when i stream music/videos or download and i have to restart my modem to get it back on which dosent last long before it cuts of again. When i run diagnose and repair when it has cut off it says that the domain name servers could not resolve "www.microsoft.com". I have a WebSTAR DPX100 and the log from it is:

I'm in Enfield and since 7/11 when we lost tv & internet service same thing keeps happening. I've called virgin but they just keep ignoring me saying everything is working fine.

Everyone should call them maybe then they'll do something!
