Norwich - poor speeds

Hi,

We've been on VM 20Mb for several months now and have been able to achieve speeds of 20Mbps whenever we wanted. Today, however, we can't get past 512Kbps. What can I do to diagnose what's wrong? Upload remains quick at 700+Kbps.

Try some tracerts to typical, for you, destinations and see if there is any common bottleneck(s).

Fyi, have been averaging around 16Mbs throughout October but am now getting around 6Mbs.
