slow speeds suddenly :(

Test 1: 1024K took 662 ms = 1546.8 KB/sec, approx 12746 Kbps, 12.45 Mbps
Test 2: 1024K took 638 ms = 1605 KB/sec, approx 13225 Kbps, 12.92 Mbps
Test 3: 1024K took 657 ms = 1558.6 KB/sec, approx 12843 Kbps, 12.54 Mbps
Test 4: 2048K took 1306 ms = 1568.1 KB/sec, approx 12921 Kbps, 12.62 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 12934 Kbps, 12.63 Mbps
i am on the 20mbit package, and the max i see is 1.6mb/s
traffic control kicks in even if i dont download anything as well (today it kicked in with 400mb traffic)

Overall Average Speed = approx 19350 Kbps, 18.9 Mbps

i will try tomorrow to sort out the router somehow :/
