Hi all, im kinda new to this whole complaining thing, hmm actually tell a lie I had problems with Tiscali a couple of years back but thats another story :)
As you can tell from the title of the thread, I am another customer that suffers from high pings, huge packet loss and very slow download speeds in Plymouth. I know it is definately my connection because everything is fine from about midnight until 10-11am ish. Ima post a few details below, not sure if anyone can help but I thought id try here first. Thanks.
