Anybody know what an electric "wet" boiler / heating system is?

I never knew they did that but 1.8kW hardly sounds enough for anything but a tiny house.

I once knew someone whose father had a well insulated 500 gallon tank behind the house. During the night, this was heated using economy-7 and during the day it was pumped round the radiators. He worked for the electricity board!
