Wonder if anyone can help me, have been having my vm modem connection dropping every so often for a few months now for about 15 mins at a time. i have posted the modem readings as i am not having any success from vm.

Looks like you don't have a signal, or at least the modem hasn't locked onto one. One thing to check is that the cable connector is securely screwed onto the back of the modem. You'll probably need a tech out to check your levels, cable, etc.

I'd suggest posting in the virginmedia.support.broadband.cable newsgroup, they're usually pretty good at getting you sorted quickly. They can arrange an engineer for you.
