VM Fixed Line Help Number

Hi does anyone know the help number?

I have been in contact. One of the help team called me but I couldn't confirm a date that one of the engineers could call as I had to consult work to book half a day off.

Anyway, was given a direct line to call back, it doesn't work.

150 (Customer Services) or 151 (Faults) both free from your VM landline.

No can do, I have no dial tone on my landline. This is the crux of my problem.
