Well guys looks like I am eating humble pie after my last post things with tiscali wasnt as rosie I as I thought (some people just just not born lucky I guess) anyway I rang vm sales and very polite girl told me to my suprise that I am in a cabled area but there was no capacity at preasent this could be because they are doing some work in my area and she had to email a different department and would call me back so fingers and toes now crossed.

Given the horror stories of oversubscriptions we're seen, while the lack of capacity isn't good news for you, it does at least hint towards a better service being provided when they do have the capacity to take you on - which I hope is soon!

I didn't think VM knew how to say "Sorry, we're full" until I saw your post.
