Norwich Broadband Issue ?

Hi everyone,
Am on the VIP package (in Norwich) and before having a 3 week holiday (lucky me !) everything was fine, speedtest.net showed I was getting pretty close to 10Mb service. Got home yesterday and response is very good but keeps freezing for approx 10-15 mins. I note from the forum plenty of discussion of a 20Mb service and note that my speedtest.net is now showing around 16Mb.
Is anyone else having similar problems ?

Added info, my neighbour has the same problem.
By "freezing" I mean IE cannot display the page requested etc
Lastly have been trying to get through to Tech Support all morning and get no reply !:(

Based on other entries my ubr is

anyone know if there are any known problems with this ?

Im in Norwich, the most i can get out of my 20mb is 16mb, but have no probs with freezing.

im having this issue also although not lasting as long as yours - firefox just hangs and stuff when i try to click a link or press home, no response, and on internet explorer it comes up action cancelled. this happens every now and then, its really annoying.

i'm not in norwich though, im in paisley. my ubr is
