View Full Version : Vonage and Orange
I use a Vonage Box on my VM broadband. I cannot ring my 0208 Vonage number from my Orange mobile because all I get is a message saying this service is no longer in use. However I can ring my number 10 out of 10 times using my other mobile which is on T-Mobile. Seems to be a Virgin problem cause I've tried it on my mates BT Broadband and both Orange and T-mobile are OK.Any suggestions?
did you use the same vonage box? and also im assuming you have a router if so plug the modem direct into the vonage box, imo (based on a guess) if it works with o2 it cant be a virgin its more than likely a port issue on the router
Spoke to Vonage and they are escalating the fault I've reported. Interestly I can't phone Vonage from my VM landline as I get the message 'Sorry this service is no longer available' in an English voice so do Virgin/NTL use this expression at all?
