Is it worth calling them seeing as I have been a customer for about 2 weeks? Im clearly not getting the service that I'm paying for!

Im not happy calling India at 25ppm just to be told how to use sodding command prompt when i spend my day running a servicedesk and dealing with 3rd line support queries!
