Mine is really bad today too really slow web browsing which is only slightly faster than dial up and the ever popular traffic shaping has kicked in for no reason again, this is just taking the proverbial now, after having a couple of decent weeks back last month everything seems to be melting down again now.

Online gaming is a joke web browsing is now getting ever more slow and downloads are a joke too is there anything left we can do now even vm are sick of complaints now and have niceley trimmed there service status page so it looks less demoralising than they know it is atm, at least we dont have to look at resolved issues
now and see that fuses and power supplys up and down the country are blowing on a rate equal to winning the lottery :D.

My biggest gripe still is though that no one at vm has stepped to the plate and addmited anything is wrong and what/when they are going to do something to put us back on broadband and not this narrowband slow shaped web experience that about half the vm customers are facing :(.

Sorry. Not much help to you guys, but mine was a driver problem. Installed the newest one last night before I went bed. Discovered it was pants. Rolled back and back up to speed.

bonglet, sorry to hear you are having issues, but you really shouldn't depend on speedtests if you are on 20Mb links, (and they aren't much better on the other speeds) as they have been proven to be even more unreliable than VM at this speed; you are better off trying downloads (not torrents) from blueyonder games and/or Microsoft.

Getting about 10/11Mb here with the downloads atm but only 4/5Mb with the above test......

Theres another machine online too just now but regardless of any actual speeds the various speedtests will 9 times out of 10 be a lot slower than the downloads...for us.

Speedtest.net being the worst offender ....for us
I`ve compared speedtest V downloads so many times now that i can do a speedtest or download test then have a pretty good guess at what the other will be.

Having a guess based purely on browsing speeds is about as reliable as a speedtest if you ask me though;)
