Firstly, I can never get good speeds after midnight - no matter what day, my internet slows to a crawl.
Secondly, I can never stay on Live for more than an hour without the internet throwing me off.
Thirdly, I outright refuse to spend 25p a minute fixing something that is there issue, especially not when I get connected to a different country.
It's abysmal and beyond a joke. I've called up about the same issues six times now, in the last few months, and no resolution has been given, rather constant test.
I had an engineer come out to fix my modem, and all he did was test it before saying everything was okay. Well, seeing as it's my internet, I'll tell you when it's running at an "ok" level.
Does anyone have advice on how I can work this out? Thanks in advance.
