I appreciate that it is better to have a separate cable modem and STB but the ideal would be to use the STB for the broadband.
So, looking for 4MB broadband with a wireless router connected to the STB. The STB is a PACE.
I assume that the above is possible.

You live in Notts and only stand alone cable modems are used in this area .:)
I did`nt think these old pace stb`s were capable of that much.....2Mb i thought?
Our`s is only 1Mb.

Out of interest why do Notts only use SACMs:confused:

Our`s is only 1Mb.
To be honest I would be happy with 2Mb, looks like I'm going to need a SACM though:(

Ex cable wireless used the settops for broadband bromley network .The langley network went down the standalone modem .As for the reason i dont know :)
