Hi guys, can you quickly check my modem stats, have been experiencing a bit of a slow down over the last two days and before then my 20mb service has been running fine.

Modem is a SA EPC2100R2

Downstream is quite high and is likely causing the issue. You're on 16QAM too so the limits are narrower than 256QAM.

Whoops, trust me not to read properly :) 8 is well within limits for 256QAM but it still should be as near to 0 as possible (says he whose downstream is 9.5!).
