Ah, the forum didn't seem to want the final ")" to be part of the link.

Yep, that's the one - fixed.

I've read some good reviews of it, but also some bad ones, so was wondering if anyone here had read it.

It does sound quite interesting.

Not read the books, but the movie (http://www.find-dvd.co.uk/price.aspx?id=3002201001) was alright.

No idea how the books & movie compare to each other. Sometimes with these things the book's better than the film [or TV] version, & sometimes it's the other way round. For example: The Dresden Files - the series was just about ok, but the books are brilliant.

To be honest i'm not into subtitles but i loved this film a lot. Day Watch is out at the cinema in a week or so and will hopefully be getting out to see it. Really great twist on a sort of traditional good vs evil vampire genre.

Cheers :) I'll Sky+ it.

As for the books, I think I'll get the 1st & see what I think. Had been tempted to buy them all, but it's a bit of a risk if I don't like it.
