Does washing your trainers in the washing machine damage the washer?

It's never happened to me. So I don't think so, no.
I did that once with a pair of All Stars. It didn't damage the washing machine, but it did make a hell of a lot of noise. :)

Nope,especially if you put them in a pillow case to begin with and tie the end of it ;)
I'd never wash leather trainers tho, cos they'll crack and end up looking awful :)

I've heard of the door getting broken.
Clean the outside of them by hand and buy a pair of odour eaters if the insides pong a bit!
