Hi All,
I'm trying to order Virgin Sevices for my flat in Westminster. For the last 6 months, the postcode checker has said I could get the full range of digital services. Last week however, it's now changed and says I'm in an analogue area.
Calling up, I'm told that I can have a limited range of channels down the cable ("like" Freeview, including UK Bright Ideas, but no eurosport etc) but no broadband. I called back later, and was told that although my address comes up as being in service, I can only order business services such as broadband.
Is there any way to find out what I can definitely get? The people on the sales line did not fill me with confidence as they changed their mind a few times on the short call! Currently, there's an ntl wall box with free to view and encrypted analogue channels on it. My post code is SW1P 4AW.
