The archive has been removed from public view. we could use that for when we had billing queries of when a fault was originally reported on the the status page and when we had to call the 25p a minute support line. we could use that page to compare the two for help in getting a refund.
Now it's not there for us to see. the proof is there but hidden and no longer available to us.
Why have they done this? what reason could they possibly have apart from the obvious? :mad:
