Long story short: was a very happy blueyonder customer 2 years ago but my last place wasn't covered! Now moved to a new place and signed up for Virgin Cable BB. I can get the internet on one PC (but soooo slow) but I am unable to get it working on my cable router that I used to use. I think this may be to do with the settings on the router but the setup CD is not finding anything to automatically set the router correctly.
In the set-up screen of the router, I have lots of options and I simply cannot find anything on the Virgin site that shows how to manually set this up. What I need to know is what connection cable BB is (PPPoE, Dynamic, etc), MTU settings if applicable, etc. Screen shots attached!
Any would be amazing as this has been driving me loopy for a week now!
