Help needed! I've been trying to get Virgin Media services at my new place and I called today and they told me there is a 'capacity issue'. I think I know what it is, but what, if anything, can be done about it? Would kicking up a fuss help? Has this happened to anyone else?
(p.s: The previous tenant had VM/NTL services.)(pps: I really don't want BT services if possible to avoid).
