Installation Problems

I'm a newbie to this forum and I am hoping that help is available in connecting a Sony Bravia KDL-40S2510, Virgin TV Drive, and a Liteon A740. I can connect TV to TVDrive but cannot synch with the DVD Recorder. :confused: and getting more so by the minute. Thanks

as far as I can see the Liteon doesn't have HDMI connections - assuming you connect the V+ box to your TV with HDMI you will disable the scart etc outputs on the V+ box

as you say this bit is easy

- it is getting the DVD recorder in there, is the problem, although I believe the V+ box does have one scart enabled when you want to archive a program it has recorded, I haven't got one, so cannot confirm, unfortunately..

As homealone says. Any scart connection between your DVD and V+ will only be enabled whilst you archive the recordings held on the V+ to your DVD recorder.

thnx for replies. i had previously visited the sony site and followed their instructions. the problem, as I see it, and i'm an amateur at this, is connecting from the vbox to the recorder so that they both synch, but without any success.
but thnx for all your help.
