Hi guys - just wondered if you could give me a few ideas on what mobile to get! I'm due an upgrade in 2 weeks and I have no idea which moby to get! I currently have the Sony Ericsson K800i which has been fab and I love the phone etc, so, do I get the newer version of this? I do however quite like the new(ish) Samsung F300/F500....

Basically, I want a phone that isn't too 'manly', has high 'storage', good camera and all the usual stuff - bluetooth etc etc.

Any ideas?

Cheers :)

I am thinking of getting the F300 - Looks like a very nice phone with all the usual feature's. 1 side a phone 1 side a Music player. Have read a couple bad reviews on it though so not to sure now.

New Ericsson looks great to but aint really read any reviews about that one as I have always liked the samsung design's. I think its the one my sisters BF has though and he's very happy with it.

I know what you mean - that's why I am unsure whether to get the Samsung etc. The Ericsson is the first one i've ever had and I have to say - it has been great. Just really don't know whether it's worth trying a different make again or to stick with what seems to be a great working and practical phone?

What network are you on?

Personally the new Sony Ericsson phones with shake control are amazing.

The w580i is a wonderful bit of kit and I had the pleasure of testing it at a roadshow based at O2 in Glasgow the other week.

I don't know if you've looked around for reviews, but here are some detailed reviews of the F300 (http://www.mobile-review.com/review/samsung-f300-en.shtml) and F500 (http://www.mobile-review.com/review/samsung-f500-en.shtml) (may take a while to load, depending on the speed of your connection). Reading those reviews, I'd stick with what you have for now.

Many thanks - perhaps I won't get this one now! Still don't know whether to stick with Sony Ericsson or go back to Samsung though...

Seriously, you can't go wrong with SE. I trialed the U600 recently and thought it was quite poor. I currently have an N95 though and thats the b*ll*cks.

Get an N95 it's so cool.

The U600 is alright but I wouldn't it's to heavy.

What U600 did you get? The one with a lead weight in it?

The U600 was a good handset but, the N95 kicked it's ass.

My mum got the U600 it's heavy for it's size.

My N95 kicks ass, now just to unbrand it and install the US firmware for the AGPS and I'll be happy.

Regarding the N95, do u need a phone with so many features? mind u the navigation system is not the best. camera is very good. interface....well symbian is nt the easiest. mp3...very good.
I had it but found it too much hassle. I only ever use the mp3 capabilities and the odd pics. + was offered too good a price for it :)
