Virgin media email address

Hi, I am installing PC guard from virgin media website. But i need my email address to activate it, unfortunately i forgot mine. Can anyone tell me what to do to know it. THanks in advance.

Do you have a card or piece of paper with "internet user name" on it?
That can be used as a e-mail address. :)

I entered my user name on the bill but it does not work

You may have to call the support line for your address & password then. But to be honest PCGuard isn't worth it IMO. You'd be better off with a free alternative thats less resource hungry too.
