Banned from a website

Hi all :)

I`ve been banned from a website for no reason whatsoever by a power obsessive mod :(
Since i`m using virgin media as my isp im wondering if it`s possible to get a new ip adress using vm?
Im on 2 meg cable broadband if that`s any help?
